This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in championing and supporting Automotive product management team You will be working with a dynamic and highly skilled cross functional team and reporting to the Global Director, Project Management Office.

This position will be responsible for ensuring effective customer success as well as supporting our go to market projects for all products in the Automotive Distributive Trades portfolio.

We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of project management and agile practices.

Amongst many other exciting duties, you will be expected to deliver on the following:
**What you're going to do**

**Project Management**:

- Leads the execution of delivery objectives against project milestones with the main focus on coordinating, tracking and monitoring the delivery of project milestones against agreed objectives
- Works closely with the Product and Delivery teams to coordinate the delivery of project objectives
- Owns the accuracy and predictability of the R&D One-Time revenue forecasts for customer funded development work
- Ensures that projects have appropriate order cover and governs the free of charge and discounted orders by ensuring appropriate sign-off/approval
- Reports on the impact and risks associated with delivery execution against project objectives in the forecasts
- Works with the finance department on revenue recognition and billing
**Customer Engagement**
- Proactively establishes and develops key customer account relationships at both executive (C-level) and Programme/Project levels
- Actively build and manage customer relationships by implementing best practice in customer and stakeholder engagements
- Provide clear visibility on project related delivery milestones in alignment with product roadmap and release cycles
- Work alongside Delivery teams to ensure any delivery milestone risks are captured during the development lifecycle to allow transparent customer and stakeholder expectation setting
- Takes responsibility and manages customer expectations around specific development projects
- Sets regular progress meetings to ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date and informed of any progress or risks associated with their required delivery
**Go to market**.
- Take full ownership of Go-to-market plans
- Put process and tools in place to manage go to market initiatives
- Works with Marketing and Product Management to devise product go-to-market process, plan time-lines and launch scenarios
- Work with Product Management to provide clear go to market objectives, milestones and deliverables for each product
- Engage with business stakeholders on go to market plans and product readiness
- Coordinate, monitor and track multiple tracks / streams in go to market process (business readiness - Sales, PSG, Marketing; product readiness - delivery, documentation and material)
- Communicate risks through on-going progress meetings leading up to the market launch
- Track the success of go to market launches and early adopter programs with the Head of Product and evaluate ways to improve the process for greater success

**What we ask**
**Experience & Knowledge**:

- Previous experience in managing projects and customer success in various roles
- Experience and background in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations
- Experience in the software development industry and what it means to deliver project based software solutions together with core product offerings
- Proven experience acting as a liaison between a variety of departments and stakeholders.
- Proven experience acting as a liaison with external customers/stakeholders operating at a C-level.
- Ability to track metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze them, and turn them into actionable strategies.
Ability to communicate it in a clear, engaging manner.
- Ability to extract data from various sources: Sales systems, CRM systems etc.
- Experienced in budgeting processes with a focus on product profit and loss to justify investment business cases
