**THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE**

We are looking for an experienced Dealer Principal who has a strong background in used cars, for a well-established motor group. You will be responsible for the full productivity and profitability of the dealership and will be expected to improve on current margins. You will need to have high energy levels, a good business acumen, an excellent understanding of financials and a minimum of 4 of years DP experience.

**Job Requirements**
At least 4 years of Dealer Principal experience in a franchised motor dealership

A good business acumen and an excellent understanding of financials

A good understanding of used vehicles

Proven track record

A stable work history
