**Job Summary**:
**The purpose of this position is to ensure that the stock is managed correctly so the Engineering Warehouse can operate efficiently and effectively.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Grade 12 with Mathematics**:

- **3 years Storeroom Management**:

- **3 years Stock Counts & Accuracy**:

- **Adv: Stock Related Qualification**

**Role Competencies**:
**FMCG, Manufacturing sector, Engineering Warehouse experience essential.**

**Analytical skills, above average written/oral communications skill, Conflict Management, Report Writing skills. Computer proficiency: packages required: MS Word, Excel, SAGE**

**Position Responsibilities**:

- **Preparing the warehouse for stock taking**:

- **High level stock control and stock management, ensuring no stock outs and / or no overstocking.**:

- **Assist with stock counts and returns to suppliers.**:

- **Properly conducting / executing monthly stock takes, ensuring no adverse variances**:

- **Issuing and receipting stock daily.**:

- **Performing any other duties that may be deemed necessary to ensure the effective running of the Department and Company.**
