**Job Title**: Senior Accounts Clerk based in a large FMCG and logistics company based in Phoenix Industrial Park

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and monthly closing reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate funds for operational needs.
- Work closely with management to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Oversee the payroll process and ensure timely submission of employee payments.
- Assist in tax preparations and submissions.
- Support in the implementation of new accounting systems and procedures as needed.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or similar role, with at least 3-5 years in a senior capacity.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the cement and hardware industry is an advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
