RedCat Recruitment is _**urgently**_ seeking a trade tested and experienced **TOOL JIG AND DIE MAKER **for a large, well-established manufacturing concern, position based in **Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.**

Grade 12.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

Trade tested Tool Jig and Die Maker (MerSETA trade tested).

5yrs+ previous working experience as a qualified Tool Jig and Die Maker.

Must have experience in injection mould-making, casting and metal press tooling.

Experience with CNC lathes and wire electrical discharge machine will be an advantage.

Repairing, maintaining and modifying tools jigs and dies.

Manufacture press tools, jigs, fixtures and gauges.

Manufacture moulds to design specifications maintaining specified tolerances.

Manufacturing of parts to be supplied to customer base.

Assist in the training and development of apprentices.

Adhere to the company rules, health and safety, environmental standards and practices.

Must be prepared to work overtime and shifts.
