The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. The Front Office Manager is responsible for managing the front desk staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated to provide excellent customer service. The Front Office Manager is also responsible for managing the hotel's reservations system, ensuring that all reservations are accurate and up-to-date.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the front desk staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and that all guest complaints are resolved promptly.
- Manage the hotel's reservations system, ensuring that all reservations are accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor room availability and ensure that rooms are properly allocated to guests.
- Manage the hotel's billing and payment system, ensuring that all charges are accurate and that guests are billed correctly.
- Ensure that the front desk area is clean and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the front desk operations.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Ensure that all front desk staff are properly trained on hotel policies, procedures, and systems.
- Manage the hotel's inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring that all items are properly maintained and replaced as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- **Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel front desk operations.**:

- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in hotel reservations and billing systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
