the following skills and qualifications are required:

- samtrac or occupational health and safety act training
- ideally the incumbent will have a auditor certificate
- a valid first aid certificate is essential
- hazard identification and risk assessment certificate
- iso 22000:2018/fssc 22000 v5.1/advanced haccp.
- knowledge of food fraud mitigation and food defense
- knowledge of saatca regulation 638 food safety principles.
- knowledge of food safety internal and supplier auditing
- knowledge in land-use and local by-laws would be an advantage
- knowledge of document control.

- working on heights and fall protection plan training
- chemical handling certificate
- fire certificate
- prp training

applicants should have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in ohsact and food safety, ideally within the wine industry.
