**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Establishing Data Delivery Discipline:

- Implement and align data delivery frameworks, processes, standards, and methodologies to PSG Group Data Management

Data Delivery Management:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, coordinate and develop end-to-end data delivery processes, that meets the requirements.
- Responsible to plan the delivery of the initiatives and ensure that feedback on deliverables is communicated

Quality Assurance:

- Implement and oversee data quality checks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of delivered data.
- Identify and resolve data delivery issues promptly, working closely with relevant teams to address any discrepancies.
- Oversee the Western DM Team’s design, testing, and deployment processes and ensure that all designs are done in alignment with PSG Data Architecture and Visualization tools.

Team Leadership:

- Provide guidance on complex data delivery issues and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
- Manage Western DM team deliverables (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives, help teams remove impediments, track progress of tasks

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in building data solutions, with a focus on complex BI/Data programs in the financial services sector.
- Certification and/or experience in related database platforms
