We are currently recruiting Customer Support Agents in the Stellenbosch /Helderberg Area.

We are a Stellenbosch based contact centre, servicing a wide client base worldwide and we are looking for agents who wish to grow within the company.

Benefit from extensive inhouse training and development programs and enjoy the unique and funky work environment.
- You will be required to work US hours (Night shift only)
- Resides in the Stellenbosch/Helderberg area
- Own transport

**Requirements**:

- English language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of the principles of customer interaction
- Strong desire to work as part of a team
- Time management skills

**Desired**:

- Experience playing RPG
- Understanding of software testing
- Experience working with ticket systems (experience with Zendesk is a plus)
- Must have mobile gaminig experience / passion

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R11,000.00 per month
