At least 5 years HR experience along knowledge of HR Premier and VIP, EE and SDF and au fait with current Labour legislation would be requirements for this opportunity.

**Duties include**:

- Establish annual training needs analysis
- Conduct and maintain a skills audit database to determine critical staffing plans
- Develop and implement specific in-house courses on an ad-hoc basis in line with training requirements
- Design and development of Training material where required
- Ensure training is carried out according to procedure and the Skills Development legislation
- Update and maintain training databases on SAGE300
- Sourcing suitable training suppliers
- Monitoring training initiatives
- Assist with drafting and updating Company Policies and Procedures when required

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- HR Degree / diploma advantageous

Our client is looking for a highly organised self starter. Must be in possession of a valid Code08/EB drivers licence.
