**Inherent requirements**:

- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Bookkeeping
- Must have at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Technical aptitude highly recommended
- Previous background in office administration recommended

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Ensure that KBC’s policies regarding payments for training are strictly adhered to
- Ensure that any and all monies received conform to KBC policies in this regard
- Generate receipts for all payments received, and manage the manual receipting process if/when it is used
- Manage Client Purchase Orders efficiently
- Complete financial processes required on Manage Bookings and Verify Bookings for Invoicing
- Complete the Daily Training Dashboard, confirming attendance and following up on outstanding payments
- Manage the Branch COD account efficiently
- Assist KBC Centre Credit Controller in the management of Debtors Accounts
- Be accountable for the control and reconciliation of Petty Cash
- Monitor and control Branch stationery; learning material and other stock levels
- Manage the Branch Fixed Asset Register

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Financial Administration: 3 years (required)
