Maintain and manage the Company’s HSSEQ Management system

Responsible for retaining all current accreditation (ISO 9001, SQAS)

Working towards continual improvement and new accreditation e.g. ISO 45001 and ISO 14001

Preparation and assisting in ISO and client audits

Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance to standard, client and legal requirements

Prepare monthly reports, annual management review and monthly KPI reports

Compile company policies and procedures

Responsible for document control within the company

Risk management e.g. Baseline risk assessment, Project risk assessment and Route risk assessment

Site assessment and client audits

Fatigue management (JMP and driver monitoring

Daily and monthly inspections (Office and yard) to ensure compliance

Manage and maintain behaviour observation system (Conduct observations like PTO”s)

Incident management e.g. Investigate all accidents, incidents, nonconformities and near misses

Develop communications that include written information, toolbox talks, safety briefings etc.

Compile training material and provide in-house training sessions

Maintain company matrix (Training and PPE)

Assist with tender submission documentation — HSSEQ related

Emergency preparedness and response (Compile procedures, action plans and conduct drills)

Compile and communicate company induction program (Visitors and staff)

PPE management (Order, Issue and keeping record)

Office and Yard safety — All applicable signage and emergency equipment

Compile and conduct checklist

Monthly HSSEQ meetings (Attend client meetings and manage our own)

Pay: R15 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
