**What will I be doing?**:

- Collaborate with the audit team to understand established requirements and standards, and ensure that new processes comply with them.
- Actively participate in the creation of new processes, working together with the processing, product and other areas, to ensure their correct implementation.
- Guarantee that all necessary controls are carried out in a timely manner, supervising their execution and ensuring compliance with quality and compliance standards.
- Identify opportunities for the automation of controls, collaborating with the corresponding teams to implement efficient and scalable solutions.
- Work on the replication of controls in different regions, ensuring consistency and uniformity of processes globally.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the department's processes in general, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to optimize efficiency and quality.

**What skills do I need?**:

- Experience in leadership and team management, with skills to motivate, guide and train team members.
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of BI tools for data analysis.
- Analytical, systematic and organized skills.
- Advanced English
- Previous experience in the field of financial services, working with banks or payment processors.
