Snr FP&A Business Partner

In this role you will help drive a comprehensive finance program around the Company’s global business reporting and forecasting & planning activities as well as help drive the company’s day-to-day financial planning and analysis, management reporting operations, and business transaction support activities. This role serves as a key business partner support to the Engineering & Product organizations with a focus on headcount management.

You'll need:

- Experience in developing, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operating results and information; improve forecast accuracy and visibility
- Experience in preparation and reviewing of annual budgets as well as the maintenance of rolling annual forecast
- Demonstrated success using ERP systems and financial planning systems such as Adaptive Planning
- Demonstrated prowess in financial and strategic planning, including core competencies in budgeting and reporting, financial modelling and analysis, capital budgeting, and good familiarity with corporate accounting
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- A Degree in Finance and/or Accounting, or equivalent
- 4+ years financial analysis experience
