**About the role**

Leads the management of curriculum review, design, and delivery of TMF-specific products and services which align directly to the needs of and growing the capabilities and knowledge of those relevant colleagues within TMF Group globally. Area(s) of specialism and focus to fall within one or more of the following pillars: Our Clients; Our Services; Risk, Legal, Compliance; Behavioral Skills; Our Systems; Management Development

**Key Responsibilities**
- Will directly lead multiple learning programs and projects as an individual contributor, partnering with key internal senior stakeholders on the design and delivery of the product/service-related learning.
- Has specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline or function
- Interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices
- May lead international/global projects requiring input from various HR or business stakeholders
- Actively participates in efforts to propose and build new learning solutions in partnership with the business where various challenges may exist
- Will conduct and disseminate industry research in business-critical areas to the wider team that support learning development and delivery
- Devise and periodically review the strategy for growth and evolvement of relevant curriculum, speakers, and team’s ability to deliver in a representative manner
- Will be responsible for the quality, impact, and volume of learning delivered by those junior members of the team

**Key Requirements**
- Qualified and experienced professional (10-13 years) with business relevant background (and possibly L&D experience).
- Experience in project and stakeholder management, commercial experience in area(s) of specialism, along with being recognized as a credible SME in one or more 'pillars'.
- Brings a track record and credibility as a ‘thought leader’, influencing senior most members of the business in various areas of specialism, aligning L&D with business growth and performance.
