Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for maintenance and repair? Join Third Age Group as an Electrical and Maintenance Technician/Handyman, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are in top shape.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and maintain HVAC, refrigeration units, and electrical systems.
- Manage job cards and oversee projects.
- Perform general repairs, including plumbing, welding, and fitting.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Safely store and manage tools and equipment.

**Skills Required**:

- Experienced Handyman; trade certificate is a plus.
- Proficient in HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical work.
- Skilled with power and hand tools.
- Reliable, self-driven, and physically fit.
- Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans; a third language is a bonus.
- Valid Driver’s License.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 500,00 per month
