  • Execution of repairs to fleet.
  • Servicing of vehicles.
  • Inspection of vehicles.
  • Inspection of lifting equipment.
  • Manage and control stockholding of tyres, parts and consumables.
  • Cost control and administration.
  • Technical procurement.
  • Technical supervision and administration.
  • Sourcing and procuring of items for repairs and services.
  • General assistance with assembly plant, driving tasks, general maintenance and any other functions to ensure continuation of operations / maintain the upkeep of the company.
  • Health and safety.
  • Health and safety compliance and care of tools.
  • Management of Human Resources (subordinates).

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Qualified diesel mechanic.
  • Heavy commercial vehicle working experience and license
  • Foreman / Supervisory experience
  • Fleet management and maintenance.
