**Job Description: The employee will be responsible for**:
1. Manage employee relations by handling warning letters, CCMA packs, AWOL letters, objections, counseling, and facilitating disciplinary and grievance processes.
2. Conduct inductions and oversee performance management activities.
3. Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, and development processes.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR records.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with employees while meeting their needs effectively.
4. Collaborate with business partners to address cross-functional tasks and resolve employee-related issues.
5. Lead employee incident reviews and investigations, ensuring consistent adherence to processes and due diligence.
6. Provide expert advice on workplace policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
7. Establish credibility with senior leaders and contribute to strategic decision-making.
8. Identify and mitigate potential HR-related risks and issues.
9. Monitor the implementation of HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
10. Provide guidance to business groups during the planning process and assist in measuring success.
**Job Requirements**:
1. Valid motor driving License.
2. 5 years of proven work experience as an HR Generalist
3. 2 years’ experience with a qualification **(alternatively)**
4. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
5. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
6. Solid understanding of labor legislation and Payroll Process
7. Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Good problem-solving abilities
10. Team management skills
**Salary Bracket (BIBC Rate)**:R18 000.00 p/month
**Salary**: R18,000.00 per month
