**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation, organization, and maintenance of documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Support the procurement process by processing purchase orders and invoices.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and initiating reorder requests.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ensure compliance to SHEQ policies and procedures
- Arrange and participate in departmental meetings, projects, and tea, activities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (2 or more years) as an administrative clerk preferably from a Production planning background
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Word & Excel) intermediate to advanced skilled
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
