**Competency Profile**
**Social Facilitation**:
- Visit invested portfolios / projects by end of the financial year and ensure that accompanying reports are completed.
- Conduct detailed annual reports on the invest Portfolio Community Trust, workers Trust and Cooperatives
- Ensure that social plans on community projects are compiled and completed
- Assist identifying potential and viable commercial spins‐offs for local communities and facilities funding through co‐operatives incentives schemes
- Training to co‐operatives to ensure that continuous compliance to the co‐operative constitute is adhered to by the co‐operative members
- Facilitate and ensure compliance by Trustees and Beneficiary on legal agreement
- Train Trustee on facilitation of AGM and overall corporate governance Awareness creation to address to expectations as well as the beneficiary expectation
- Ensure that the original and intended social objectives are achieved
**Compliance**:
- Attend community trust AGM and ensure that both the trustees and beneficiaries comply with their agreed constitutional documents
- Formulate and implement proper relationships with beneficiaries of the workers Trust and the cooperatives
- Conduct annual review meetings with the beneficiaries of Workers Trust and the co‐operatives to ensure that they fully understand their contribution to the company
- Ensure proper minutes are compiled and filed
- Provide quarterly status report on implementation of social plans to the Post Investment Manager
- Ensure that all invested portfolio constitutional driver (Trust documents) are registered and copies on file
- Facilitate the registration of Trusts
**Human Resources**:
- Attend training programmes
- Presentations to the Fund Management teams or any other stakeholder on both successful and unsuccessful clients
- Attend and contribute to the weekly Post Investment Unit report review meeting
**Experience/Skills Required**:
- 3 - 5 years job related experience
- In depth knowledge of MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
- Facilitations skills; and good Presentation skills
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
