**JOB PURPOSE
As the Survey Department Assistant, you'll be instrumental in supporting our Survey Department Administrator with administrative tasks such as keeping updated records of survey services offered and accepted by blocks, as well as liaising with directors to introduce our services to them. This role is crucial in ensuring further growth within the department and demands someone who is organized, process-driven, has a flair for product sales, and committed to excellence.

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Implement systems to track services offered and accepted and liaise with the Survey Department Administrator on bookings.
- Draft correspondence and related brochures if necessary.
- Review and process documents, maintaining accurate records and diarizing follow-up actions.
- Liaise with directors, landlords, and/or tenants about offered products.
- Coordinate responses to client enquiries and identify new business opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of service delivery.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent academic qualifications
- At least two years’ experience in an office environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and OneDrive
- Basic accounting and invoicing experience an advantage
- Experience in residential property management or related field
- Client relationship and service delivery experience

**SALARY AND BENEFITS**:

- R10 000- R15 000 per month (dependent on experience)
- 15 days holidays (plus Public Holidays)
- Training
- Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 18:00pm (SA)
- Remote role

**_Note:_** This is a remote role that requires you to be based in Cape Town due to the occasional office visit in Stellenbosch. You will also be required to have reliable internet access during working hours and periods of extended load shedding.
