**WAREHOUSE STOCK ADMINISTRATOR**

**MUST HAVE's**:

- Minimum Grade 12
- 3 years experience Admin within a warehouse
- Strong communication in English
- Strong administration skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Focus on detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and independently to meet deadlines

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Stock**:

- Co-ordinate weekly aged stock counts,
- Assist and support Warehouse Manager with the coordination of stock takes, daily cycle counts, consolidating stock and variance reports,
- Review equipment checklists for non-conformances i.e. Forklifts,
- Handling all purchases
- Coordinate, track and control of damages,
- Stock processing, capturing, and reports

**Warehouse staff Admin**:

- Handling warehouse staff administration

**Other**:

- Coordinate and assist Warehouse Manager with Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety and Environmental matters,
- Co-ordinate and assist the manager with company management processes to ensure continues improvement processes,
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting on applicable value drivers, (Key performance areas) to targets and coordinating corrective action plan preparation and implementation to ensure targets are achieved.
