Dispatch stock items to clients

  • Dispatch stock items to couriers
  • Receiving stock items
  • Check stock items against invoice
  • Ensure items are checked (Liaise with pickers)
  • Ensuring that the dispatching process is conducted according to the rules set out by the business
  • Issuing and receiving of inter branch transfers
  • Greeting and assisting clients in a friendly manner
  • Customer query handling and complaints escalate complaints to supervisor/manager if unresolved
- assists with the loading and unloading of good
- operates a forklift
- removes packaging material or packs up goods carefully
- checks that quantities are correct
- check that the right goods get packed or unloaded
- deals with damaged or missing goods

Qualification and educational requirements

  • Matric
  • Minimum 3 years dispatching experience.
  • A qualification in logistics/supply chain would be an added advantage

Salary:
R1, R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Roodepoort, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
