**About the programme**:
Invictus Capital is currently looking to recruit **ambitious graduates for our Institutional Investment Team**
- A minimum_ of an Honours Degree is an essential requirement: B.Bus.Sc, B.Com (Hons), MBA, CFA, B.Eng or equivalent degrees will only be considered.

We are looking for young, energetic graduates with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for finance and managing investor relationships. You must be highly motivated and a self-starter, displaying an innovative and positive attitude. You must encompass a high level of integrity, drive and motivation to develop and capitalize on sales opportunities.

You must have a client focused mentality with an ability to close deals with sophisticated investors. A passion for managing client relationships, financial markets and asset management is essential.

The highly sought after Institutional Investments Graduate Programme offers an intensive 12-week training programme that includes regular mentorship oversight, career development guidance and the ability to work with industry experts. There is an opportunity for successfully selected Graduates who have shown an aptitude for the assigned role to secure permanent employment.
