Job Introduction
G4S Cash Solutions (SA), a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions, requests all interested parties to register their details for Teller opportunities, based at various branches across South Africa.

Main Responsibilities
**Identification of Internal Threats**
- Analyze threats of high risk individuals through: identification of trends; lifestyle audits; intelligence received and intelligence driven investigations
- Execute the operational plan of the Risk Division
- Implement preventative measures to mitigate issues identified and conduct analysis related to modus operandi on attacks and thefts
- Conduct crime and incident pattern analysis
- Coordinate intelligence gathering activities in conjunction with law enforcement agencies
- Develop and implement action plans to address intelligence issues to detect unethical conduct
- Be actively involved in employee vetting and employee suitability checks

**Management of Incidents and Investigations**
- Involvement in intelligence operations focused on identification and arrest of suspects in conjunction with law enforcement agencies
- Manage scenes of incidents
- Liaise with law enforcement and judicial agencies to coordinate all information received and initiating provocative/covert operation
- Manage the Group Attack/Loss Incident Reporting Process/System by ensuring that IARs are timeously submitted according to Group policy
- Manage and coordinate of the Investigations Database Management System & Administrative Controls.
- Provide tactical and operational support to the investigators to finalise any and all outstanding investigations.
- Manage the allocation of incidents for investigation purposes.
- Manage the investigation process in order to provide a professional, thorough and complete investigation report to Management and the Claims department
- Review incident reports for accuracy as well as content and supervise subordinates.
- Manage compliance to the policies, legislation and regulations identified during investigations
- Manage all corrective actions identified during incidents. Ensure Branches update and complete the outstanding in due time. Ensuring that all outstanding actions are fully completed. Complete timely reports on findings and recommendations and escalate to line management for review and dissemination.
- Follow up on litigation (civil and criminal) involving individuals investigated, arrested and or terminated
- Ensure proper follow-up is done on arrested suspects and progress of court proceedings
- Ensure correct data record keeping of personnel detail
- Manage the progress of investigations within the docket
- Manage finalized dockets on the Incident Database
- Review incident reports for accuracy as well as content and supervise subordinates
- Manage investigation dockets by ensuring that all relevant documentation is included and the outcome of the investigation is relevant to liability issues and that the corrective action is properly addressed
- Finalize the investigation docket to be filed / scanned
- Manage the Group Attack/Loss Incident Reporting Process/System by ensuring that FARs are timeously submitted according to Group policy according to Group quality requirements

**Data Management and Analysis**
- Analysis of information and incidents as reported on a daily basis
- Linking incidents and information and information - scenes, trends, modus operandi, CCTV footage and Analyst Notebook
- Obtain profiles of identified, wanted and arrested suspects and provide to relevant investigators
- Manage the design & layout of the database structure so that it supports investigations management and analysis
- Manage and maintain the incident database and data systems necessary for all investigation related functions
- Analyse attack/loss data/information as well as other related information in order to provide actionable intelligence to determine the risk profile prevent/reduce attacks/losses
- Ensure that all routine and ad-hoc reports and presentations are compiled according to the required standards and submitted on time

**Police Intelligence And CIT Company Relationships**
- Foster and maintain a professional relationship that could assist in reducing crime
- Foster and maintain a close relationship with Sabric
- BAC ( Business Against Crime, CIT competitors)
- Foster and maintain a close relationship with Risk Divisions of clients
- Share information with related parties to reduce crime

**Management of the Investigation Section/Department**
- Ensure that the functions of the Investigations Section are aligned with Group policies and the strategic direction set by Executive Management
- Ensure the day-to-day operational management (planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling) of the Investigation Section
- Provide support, coaching and mentoring to ensure that objectives are met
