HR Coordinator

**Purpose of the Role**:Provide admin support to all the HR Functions and coordinate all HR and Corporate affairs activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contractsand new hireguides
- Revise company policies
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Data Analytics
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist with payroll administration
- EEA and WSP submissions
- Manage whole Onboarding Process
- Plan and coordinate HR and Corporate affairs events or functions.
- Assist with the annual BBB-EE audit process.
- Recruitment
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Schedule all other assessment and checks
- Get final information to prepare offer letter.
**Qualification**
- Grade 12
- Bachelor’s Degree in Behavior Sciences, or equivalent qualification (Honours Degree will be advantageous)
**Experience**
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistantor relevant role
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
