**Position Overview**:
As the Human Resources Executive, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the Board of Directors, you will drive strategic initiatives that enhance our organisational culture, foster leadership development, and ensure our high-performance team thrives.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Organisational Development**: Craft and implement strategies that elevate organisational effectiveness and employee engagement, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

- **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with the executive team to align people strategies with business goals, ensuring our capacity planning meets the demands of our rapid growth.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a **senior** HR leadership role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong strategic thinking and organisational development skills, with a knack for driving results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
- A track record of cultivating a positive organisational culture and driving employee engagement initiatives.
- Relevant Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
