**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Assisting the MD with all operational day to day administration functions within the company.
Liaising with all staff and senior management carrying out orders and co-ordinating and ensuring they are all actioned promptly.
Managing and ensuring that all administration, financial, sales and operations tasks are all completed on time.
Collating various information and presenting it to the CEO in the form of a power point presentation.
Collating and preparing excel spreadsheets with financial information etc.
Following up and supporting the md on all outstanding tasks.
Interacting and liaising with customers on behalf of the md if required to do so.
Previous experience having worked as a PA or related secretarial or admin role wherein you have supported A Senior Manager with all aspects of day to day operational company functions within the company is preferred.
Must have good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Must have excellent people skills as you will be interacting with the junior and senior staff and management within the company.
Must be disciplined and self-motivated and able to work on their own.
