**Role Overview**:
As Quality Compliance, your primary responsibility is to ensure the company's adherence to industry laws and regulations, particularly in the B-BBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) sector. You will meticulously examine current practices and policies, identify areas of non-compliance, and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments. This role demands a deep understanding of B-BBEE compliance standards, exceptional analytical and technical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant industry field.
- Previous experience in B-BBEE verification and compliance.
- Profound knowledge of B-BBEE compliance requirements and standards.
- Exceptional capability to develop compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Advanced analytical and technical skills.
- Strong research and professional networking abilities.
- Proficiency in preparing accurate quality compliance reports.
- Ability to conduct effective employee training sessions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

**Scope of Work**:

- Researching B-BBEE industry compliance regulations and policies to ensure thorough understanding.
- Evaluating internal operational and procedural compliance against established standards.
- Analyzing and revising existing compliance policies and related documentation as needed.
- Communicating compliance policies and guidelines to Management and relevant departments.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new compliance policies and procedures as required.
- Participating in the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive compliance recordkeeping system.
- Conducting employee training sessions on B-BBEE compliance requirements.
- Maintaining regular communication with management and providing detailed compliance reports.
- Staying updated on compliance requirements and regulatory amendments affecting the industry.
