***Responsibilities**:

- Managing enquiries on products, systems and services
- Managing enquiries on products, systems and services
- Support the administration and client service departments
- Take responsibility for admin correctness, adherence to service level agreements, accurate execution of business
- Provide training and support to distribution network on all systems, processes, services, products and key business initiatives.
- Maximise identified opportunities
- Provide reports on Sales team activity to management
- Technical sales activities - research, cost-, fund
- and portfolio analyses and comparisons
- Build and maintain internal stakeholder relationships - business focused

**Qualifications** **and** **Experience**:

- A completed undergraduate Degree is essential (Finance/Investment Management/Economics, etc.)
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (CFP®) or studying towards an advantage
- A minimum of 1 years ‘relevant experience in in financial planning and/or wealth management distribution
- Business writing and speaking skills in English
- Solid competency with the Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills
