We seek to hire a seasoned construction site foreman with a minimum of 5 years' experience in high-end residential construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organising tasks based on priorities and plans
- Assigning daily and general responsibilities
- Supervising and training workers and tradespeople
- Ensuring adequate manpower and resources
- Enforcing safety measures and quality standards
- Overseeing the use of machinery and equipment
- Monitoring expenses to stay within budget
- Addressing issues as they arise
- Providing progress reports to management and professional teams

**Required Skills**:

- Thorough understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines
- Ability to interpret drawings and plans
- Effective communication and reporting skills
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Good physical fitness and endurance
- Clean criminal record
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness and ability to collaborate with our team to foster a long-term career in our environment.

**Salary**: R25 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Construction: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers Liscense (required)
