**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product recommendations and information based on customer needs
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Stock shelves and maintain proper product displays
- Monitor inventory levels
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding health and safety standards
- Assist in other duties as assigned by the management team

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail experience preferred, especially in a health-related or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of health and wellness products
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able for training 2-3 weeks

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuils River, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
