**Responsibilities**:

- ** Team Leadership**: Lead by example, inspire, and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- ** Visual Merchandising**: Ensure the store is visually appealing by following visual merchandising guidelines and maintaining product displays.
- ** Inventory Management**: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and assist with inventory management tasks.
- ** Customer Engagement**: Foster a culture of excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or issues effectively.
- ** Operational Excellence**: Ensure operational processes are followed, and the store is well-maintained and clean.
- ** Training and Development**: Train and develop your team members, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
- ** Sales Performance**: Work with the Store Manager to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 1-2 years previous retail supervisory or leadership experience in retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for home decor and a good eye for design.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Grade 12
