**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:
**Development Project Management**
- Engaging with end users, senior and executive management on a regular basis to develop a project plan that includes timelines and budgets to ensure project plans and deliveries are met within required time and budget (key deliverables: 1. Project plan, 2. project programs, project budgets)
- Ensuring change management protocols in terms of project briefs, project programs and project budgets
- Engaging with and management of team of construction professionals on regular basis to ensure project briefs and deliveries are met within expected timeframes and budget
- Engaging with and management of building contractors on regular basis to ensure completion of projects within the expected timeframes and budget
- Co-ordinating all role players and processes to ensure completion of projects within expected timeframes
- Managing project progress reporting system
- Travelling to schools and construction sites
- Ensuring required OH&S protocols are in place and maintained
- Ensuring required national and local municipal and land use management regulations and approvals are in place.
- Ensuring land banked sites are development ready with clear communicated expected timeframes.
- Building relationships and maintain communication with stakeholders overall and specifically per project, including executive heads, business managers, professional teams and government officials.
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and alignment with market trends.
- Supporting the development of business plans for new projects, including financial projections and risk assessment
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practice and should continuously seek what could improve the development process.
- Co-ordinating the team of property professionals during feasibility studies of new development/acquisition opportunities, where required.
- Co-ordinating the team of property professionals to ensure compliance of newly acquired sites, where required.

**Budget Management**
- Ensuring budget change management process compliance
- Approval of construction related invoices for payment via D365 F&O

**Contract Administration**
- Ensuring the effective maintenance of contracts and SLA’s with building contractors and service providers

**Project Close-Out**
- Ensuring projects are closed out effectively in terms of quality, defects inspections, occupation certificates, hand over to end user, etc.
- Ensuring proper recording of training manuals and product warrantees and making centrally available to stakeholders
- Ensuring proper recording of as-built drawings and making centrally available to stakeholders
