**Role Description**
Cognia is looking for a project manager to join their team of legal professionals to provide legal process outsourcing (LPO) and legal service outsourcing (LSO) services to Cognia Law’s clients.
This will include providing support - across all Cognia Law’s legal service lines, including contract management accounts/ projects, contract analysis/ summarisation projects, transactional due diligence accounts/ projects, and litigation support accounts/ projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Confirm resource availability and allocation
- Deliver all projects on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage changes and approvals in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using Cognia’s PMO systems, tools and methods
- Manage team productivity and delivery quality
- Use Cognia tools to monitor working hours, plans and productivity vs planned, to manage the delivery expectations
- Manage all project risks, issues and assumptions to proactively manage anticipated variance to the contracted and committed deliverables.
- Conduct lessons learned and all contracted close out activities
- Manage internal stakeholders, clients, end-clients and other external relationships
- Manage multiple concurrent projects

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Articulate and Confident
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
