Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:
1. Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
2. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our tutoring services and benefits to prospective clients.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to target specific market segments.
5. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure a high conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
6. Prepare and present service packages to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
8. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
**Qualifications**:
1. Qualification in Marketing, Sales or Educaton will be highly advantageous.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
5. Willingness to travel and attend meetings, events, and conferences as required.
