**Introduction**

The purpose role of the is to identify potential new customers and business contacts by demonstrating the technical features of the company services, driving sales and maintaining strong customer relations.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Sourcing potential new customers.
- Implementing sales strategies and ensuring that targets are achieved.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of all services offered by APP, in order to match client needs with our solutions and offerings.
- Identifying and developing new business by networking. and courtesy and follow up calls.
- Preparing and delivering customer presentations on the services being offered.
- Networking with existing customers in order to maintain relationships and promote additional services and upgrades.
- Traveling to the customer's location to talk about APP service offerings.
- Maintaining strong customer relations.
- Setting up meetings with the client’s decision-makers and involving Management where required.
- Presenting and reporting sales progess to Management.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- 5+ years’ experience as a Sales Executive
- Previous sales experience within the IT/Tech industry
- Selling Microsoft Services would be an advantageous
- Matric
- A degree/diploma in marketing, business administration or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
