This is within the Parts Department and involves a variety of challenging tasks on our in-house system, as well as Pastel.
It is ensuring that parts are ordered in a timeous manner in order for our Technicians to complete their work.
If the parts information is not readily available, it is sourcing the information from a network of pre-approved suppliers.
Creating the purchase order in either our in-house system or on Pastel, having it authorised, sending to the supplier and following up to ensure that it is received timeously and that deadlines are met.
Costing of parts to go onto quotes that will be sent to customers. This is by finding the information on the system or sourcing the information
This position needs someone that is able to multi-task and work in a very busy and interruptive environment.
