**Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategy Development**:Build and implement iconic social media strategies that emphasize cultural content pillars, showcasing the brand's innovative approach to fashion.
- ** Content Creation**:Develop original, high-quality content that tells the story of the brand, engages the audience, and promotes products.
- ** Brand Promotion**:Utilize creative methods to attract more customers and enhance brand awareness through social media channels.
- ** Engagement**:Foster strong online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and initiating meaningful conversations.
- ** Influencer and Brand Ambassador Relationships**:Identify, build, and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, ensuring their content aligns with and promotes the brand’s vision and values.
- ** Analytics**:Monitor and analyze social media performance, using data to refine strategies and improve engagement and web traffic.
- ** Collaboration**:Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Deep understanding of cultural trends and how to leverage them to build brand identity.
- Strong creative and content creation skills, with a focus on visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
- Passion for fashion and sustainability.
