**Job description**

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our company based in Northriding, Gauteng.

You will be responsible for numerous financial administrative tasks and delivering a high-quality customer service. You will need strong attention detail for numbers and the ability to multitask.

Please see the below requirements for the position but not limited to.

**Responsibilities**

**1.** **Pastel**:
1.1. Create customer accounts.

1.2. Generate quotations for submission to customers.

1.3. Create stock codes.

1.4. Create sales orders to reserve stock and or back orders.

1.5. Create picking slips and delivery notes.

1.6. Create customer invoices and send to customers for payment.

1.7. Create supplier accounts.

1.8. Generate purchase orders to suppliers and checking costs.

1.9. Capture goods received notes once stock has been received.

1.10. Capture supplier invoices once received.

1.11. Reconcile supplier invoices against supplier statements.

1.12. Reconcile physical stock take with theoretical stock on pastel.

**2.** **Administration**:
2.1. Saving all required documentation for customer orders in the relevant folders.

2.2. Keep records of all orders received, monitor progress, and update relevant parties.

2.3. Cost control for all orders.

2.4. Generate sales reports.

2.5. Manage all deliveries and collections between the company, customer, and supplier.

2.6. Report any discrepancies on customer or supplier accounts.

2.7. Compling stock reports for salesmen.

2.9. Compling monthly insurance declarations, submitting claims and requesting approvals.

2.10. Any other administration requirements the company may have.

**Qualifications**

1. Financial diploma or equivalent

2. 4 years’ experience in the accounting environment

3. Sound understanding basic accounting practices and principles.

4. Must be Pastel proficient.

5. Office 365 proficient.

6. Own Vehicle advantageous
