**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory levels and maintain stock for the bakery.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to develop new products and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

**Requirements**:

- Own transport.
- Recent experience as a Baker in a high-quality bakery or hospitality environment (4/5*).
- SA ID
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings on Thursday and Friday.
- A passion for artisanal baking and working with high-quality ingredients.
