Configures and maintains servers and makes sure IT infrastructure runs smoothly in the following ways: Creates new user accounts, recovers lost passwords and keeps data secure. Develops and implements network maintenance standard operating procedures

Are you someone who has experience in:

- Strong Linux skills
- Bamboo / Ansible - general automation for deployments
- Kubernetes - excellent understanding of.
- AWS experience.
- Upgrading software and hardware.
- Infrastructure Management
- Automation and Scripting
- Security and Troubleshooting

Are you someone who can:

- Ensure the company’s computer systems and security are up to date.
- Monitor server activity.
- Keep an eye on server performance and any unusual activity.
- Audit security systems and policies.
- Check the integrity of security systems and ensuring policies are followed.
- Create recovery systems.
- Design backup solutions to safeguard data.
- Customise server operating options.
- Tailoring server settings to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Managing large amounts of data: Handling the storage and accessibility of large data sets.
- Providing technical support: Assisting end-users with system operations and troubleshooting.

We would love to see applicants who can:

- Manage and maintain customer Service Level Agreements (SLA) to install, maintain and support with Server requirements.
- Ensure the adherence to architectural standards and compliance and conformance to internal change management procedures and policies.
- Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information.
- Manage own development to increase own competencies.
- Ensure the continuous availability of all DR/Training/Prod/ UAT/ Dev environments.
