In this role, the Product and Systems Trainer will be responsible for:

- Designing and delivering training programs for new and existing staff
- Conducting training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps
- Developing training materials, including manuals, and presentations
- Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions to ensure understanding and retention of information
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and system updates
- Providing feedback throughout the training process

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a trainer, preferably in the travel industry
- Travelled Internationally and Domestically
- Strong knowledge of travel products and systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of different learners
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Team Player with a positive attitude
