We are looking for experienced Debt Review / Debt Counselling customer care consultants to join our fast-growing call centre sales team based in the La Lucia.

**ONLY PEOPLE WITH DEBT REVIEW / DEBT COUNSELLING EXPERIENCE QUALIFY** for the interview for this amazing opportunity to join our growing team.

With the number of consumers seeking Debt Review / Debt Counselling assistance; we want only the best to join our team during this time of growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in telephonic conversations with prospective clients.
- Educate clients about financial well-being options under the Debt review program.
- Handle sales objections.

**Non-negotiable Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a Debt Review / Debt Counselling customer care agent _**(If you do not have this then please, do not apply)**_._
- You must be a team player with an excellent demeanour and be self-managed.
- Must have an excellent command of the English language (additional South African languages are a big bonus since we’re looking for English speakers, Afrikaans speakers, isiZulu speakers, isiXhosa speakers, Sesotho, etc.)
- Must have a good understanding of basic computer skills.
- Excellent people skills and telephone etiquette.

**Personality**:

- Must be confident and outspoken with high energy levels.
- Must have an open mind that is ready for the task at hand as well as possible growth.
- Must be focused and goal-driven.

**Job type**:

- Fulltime
- Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 17:30pm, one compulsory Saturday and one target dependent Saturday - 09am to 1pm.

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month
