BSc or N. Diploma in related Science field and two (2) years laboratory experience
- Experience in industry knowledge, understanding of environmental testing laboratory and compliance/ legislative requirements.
- Good understanding of laboratory testing and in a position to advise clients on testing requirements.
- Computer literate (MS-Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Driver’s license.
- Organisational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail - Strong focus on accuracy and precision.
- Communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal sales personnel and potential clients.
- Analytical abilities - Capacity to analyse bid:win ratio’s, identify trends and make data driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration - Willingness to work collaboratively with cross functioning teams.
- Customer focus - A customer centric approach with ability to understand client needs and tailor bid responses to address those requirements.
- Time Management - Efficient time management and resource to ensure time bid submissions and follow-ups.
- Initiative - Proactive approach in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Ethical conduct - Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
