- 4 years experience in junior management
- Must have insurance experience in the Call Center space

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a multiple channel contact center.
- Driving results through a team of Team Leaders and Agents.
- Deliver on contractual Service Level Agreement between our company and our client
- Jointly managing the client relationship between the client and our company
- Performance Management of the operational team.
- Operational planning
- Resource scheduling against contact patterns.
- Quality and Customer Experience Management
- Contribute to development of contact center vision, strategy & objectives
- Communicate & roll down vision, strategy & objectives and ensure delivery
- Contact Center MIS: Daily, weekly, monthly management reports & interpretation
- Reward & Recognition of Staff
- Motivating & Developing Staff
- Driving achievement of Customer Service objectives
- Manage impact & change control process
- Human Resource management, including recruitment & disciplinary procedures

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunninghill, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
