**Overview**

This is a key role in our busy finance team that will help bring transformation to fruition by enhancing how we use Netsuite for better MI and bringing the operational side of the business closer to finance on our transformation journey. The role will own enhancements, training and the generation of key MI and will need to understand how the transactional processes need to work to capture the data we need. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and technical partners to ensure Netsuite processes work seamlessly for our operational teams, ultimately optimising the value that the finance team can bring to the business.

The role will be remote reporting into London, and will be a rolling contract position

**Key responsibilities**

Understand and administer Netsuite workflows so that they match our operational needs, specifically lead to cash

Know source of data input for standard reports and design business and accounting process to capture required data and match our operational workflows

Route notifications where required and help users get these onto their dashboards

Manage our pricing decisions through mass updates to billing rates for the resources behind our items

Build reports by customising standard reports or creation of new saved searches

Update templates for external documents e.g. purchase orders, customer invoices, statements etc.

Understand the MI requirements of the business and design appropriate reports, dashboards, dashboard links etc.

Own production and distribution of weekly reports with a focus on automation of delivery

Work closely with Salesforce users and Netsuite process to enhance MI around pre-sales work and leading indicators.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Netsuite functionality.

Provide training and support to end-users as needed by keeping Netsuite training documentation up to date for enhancements
