Our Client, a leading manufacturing company in the FMCG Industry has a vacancy for a Receptionist for a 4 month contract.

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**

***
- Full switchboard duties
- Loading customer deals
- Capturing purchasing order and arranging for delivery with Dispatch clerks
- Forwarding back order reports as per the customer’s request
- Checking stock availability and confirming with Dispatch clerks (warehouse )
- Handling customer queries
- POD ,SSH and invoice filling
- Transfer orders via Mega
- Scanning POD’S to Navision (SYSTEM)
- Receiving parcels/document and signing for them
- Courier parcels if requested to do so.
- Loading free stock

**KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS**

- Excellent communication skills
- Articulate in spoken English & Afrikaans
- Matric
- Previous experience in a Financial Administration environment will be to your advantage
- Be computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Be computer literate in Microsoft Office and ERP system (Navision)
- Please note this is not a standard reception job and accounting background will be advantageous.
