Regional Charge Sister

Regional Charge Sister is required by JDJ Diagnostics to plan, direct, and manage nursing and other staff, material, and financial resources to enable the provision of professional, high-quality, and secure administrative and phlebotomy services
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supports the attainment of organizational strategy and objectives by contributing regionally to operational matters relating to nursing and phlebotomy.
- Directs and manages phlebotomy and related tasks on a daily basis in order to meet organizational goals, accomplish particular targets, and increase efficiency and profit.
- To guarantee that service standards are met in line with organizational goals, the hiring manager recruits, schedules activities and supervises the performance of their own personnel.
- Ensure proper training and development of staff in order to meet performance objectives.
- Oversees and keeps track of staff overtime expenses, asset management, purchasing of commodities, and maintenance of equipment to ensure that resources are used as efficiently as possible, stock levels are optimized, and costs are minimized at all times.
- Interacts with clients to handle non-conformances, resolve service-related concerns, uphold a positive perception of the organization, and advertise JDJ Diagnostics' services.
- Takes part in monthly meetings with the director and other regional nurse managers to address operational issues, review progress made in relation to predetermined goals, and update/develop nursing standards, procedures, and work instructions.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Valid Driver’s license.
- SANC Registration.
- Relevant Degree or Diploma.
**Experience**
- +Min 5 - 8 years experience.
- 1 - 2 Supervisory experience.
**Required skills**:
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Broad knowledge of basic laboratory techniques.
- Previous experience in a laboratory or medical setting.
- Comfortable using medical technologies and lab equipment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to properly clean and maintain equipment.
- Willingness to work in a team.
- Communication skills (Verbal, writer presentation). Computer Literacy.
- Time Management and Evaluation skills.
- Leader skills.
- Conflict resolution.
