En - Theatre

Our client a private hospital group is looking for an Enrolled Nurse - Theatre to work at their hospital in Cape Town.

**Qualifications & Requirements;**
- Qualification as a Enrolled Nurse or in Operating Theatre
- Registered with South African Nursing Council (SANC)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Theatre
- Must have private hospital experience
- Excellent communication skills

**Key areas**
- Ensure that all documentation is maintained timeously and accurately, reflecting patient care
- Prepare the operating area by laying out the necessary instruments and equipment
- Report potential /actual risks identified
- Ensure all stock is charged appropriately
- Assist with file compilation
- Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with Machinery and Occupational Safety Act
- Responsible for ensuring correct use, cleaning and storage of equipment
- Report equipment needing repair or replacement to sister-in-charge
- Maintain professional conduct and standards at all times in accordance with hospital policies and procedures

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Temp to perm

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
